Change through Hospitality
The one constant thing in the world is that there is change. With distancing and continued self isolation there are certain changes that the pandemic has had on the hospitality industry that will have a lasting effect. Some of them are good and some of them may incur more changes once a new normal is found.
Over the past year, 72 Cookies has partnered with some great organizations to help personalize stay at home events, and also help deliver some smiles while trying to entertain, nourish, and serve. In addition we have been serving our version of hospitality at Farmers Markets around Los Angeles and we continue to spread our mantra of “Cookies Fix Everything” to our Club Members, to those needing a thank you, or just a reminder to take a moment for themselves.
This fall, 72 Cookies is continuing to evolve.
I am entering the ACAP program at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. It is an intensive program that will increase my knowledge of food, hospitality and cookies.
I am so grateful for so many things, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn at one of the best Culinary Institutions in the country. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes us. Please continue to share your stories on Instagram @72_cookies
